Sophie's work focuses on the 'Spirit of Place' of locations where there is harmony between ourselves and our surroundings and captures the sense of mystery and wellbeing that these places bring.
She paints in oils and acrylics, usually landscapes and paintings inspired by nature.

"My wife and I approached Sophie earlier in the year to paint a tree for us! We have a walk that we like to do, and on that walk is a tree - a magnificent tree that takes our breath away - so we were hoping Sophie could capture something of its beauty.
